Company is seeking a qualified senior attorney with deep experience in commercial dispute resolution to join our growing legal and policy team. The Associate General Counsel—Litigation will report to the Deputy General Counsel in San Francisco, and will be company’s lead attorney responsible for risk management issues. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, be execution oriented, have strong business acumen, superior analytical and writing skills, and should be enthusiastic, well organized, team focused and have a healthy disdain for drama. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to operate in a fast paced environment, and a good sense of humor are essential. Background should demonstrate an attention to detail and experience in a role involving access to highly sensitive and confidential information.
