Under general guidance provides legal advice and counsel to other Attorneys, Contract Administrators and Company personnel, including the officers and directors of the corporation, on activities conducted by the Company and its affiliates. These activities to include review of legal documents, drafting of settlement agreements, litigation management, regulatory and compliance advice, and other general legal matters. Assignments are typically broad in nature, requiring appreciable originality, ingenuity, and problem-solving ability.
