The Corporate Counsel position will report to the General Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Counseling business and operations teams involved in the development, marketing, licensing and support of enterprise software for healthcare providers. Be a key member of the team that negotiates business transactions for the Company and will draft contracts and work directly with the business units. Serve as lead counsel on strategic deals, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
