The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be responsible for providing counseling and legal support on commercial real estate transactions including land purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, deed preparation (including deed restriction matters), easements and other access agreements. The position will also entail contract review, negotiation, legal research, advising clients and providing preventive law counseling. The position entails heavy interaction with the Company client organizations, third parties and outside counsel.
