Manage claims made against the Company by clients and third-parties and affirmative claims by Company to clients and subcontractors. Determine Company exposure, advise and lead resolution processes, provide risk management advice, and document and process settlement terms. Maintain and oversight of the company’s internal claims management system. Negotiate with opposing counsel concerning settlements and resolution. Determine appropriate claims reserves.
