Company is in search of a full-time In-House Legal Counsel to help shepherd the Company through its next chapter of growth. In this high-visibility role, you will work directly with our business leaders to ensure that our legal agreements and processes support us in achieving our targets for growth and profitability. You will draft, review, and negotiate our client and vendor contracts, identify and resolve business and legal issues, and consult with our management team and outside legal team on compliance and other corporate matters.
