Company seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join its HR Legal Attorney team. The role reports to the Attorney Manager. The position is responsible for providing strategic employment litigation and counseling advice to HR professionals and management. In this position, you will be responsible for strategic management of outside counsel on employment litigation and for providing practical and strategic advice and training to managers, HR professionals and other internal customers on all aspects of employment and labor law, including but not limited to discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, privacy, ADA/FMLA, traditional labor law and state tort law.
