The Senior Legal Counsel at the Authority advises Chief Legal Counsel and the Human Resources Department with respect to federal and state employment-related laws, rules and regulations, and employment matters. Advises the Human Resources Department on all employment-related legal issues including, but not limited to, employment discrimination claims, employment terminations, benefit plans, leaves of absence, and reasonable accommodations. Prepares legal opinions on the impact of federal and state laws.
