This role's incumbent will provide counsel to various stakeholders covering a broad range of complex commercial and corporate issues including contract negotiation, enforcement of contractual rights and, development and execution of business agreements. Additionally, the focus will be to work closely with our business unit's management team to establish and maintain appropriate policies and procedures with respect to the development and pursuit of Company’s priorities and business objectives.
