We have an opportunity for a Staff Attorney to join our headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD. Working under the general direction of the Deputy General Counsel and the Contracts Counsel, the staff attorney will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating agreements covering the transfer of reagents and other materials into and out of company laboratories (Materials Transfer Agreements); the review of draft licenses by host institutions of intellectual property developed in laboratories; and other duties as assigned.
