We are looking for a motivated and talented attorney with experience in securities and broker-dealer issues to become a litigation-focused Associate General Counsel in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Representing the firm in arbitration proceedings (both directly and in conjunction with outside counsel). Coordinating with outside counsel on court actions involving the firm. Representing firm employees in third-party proceedings.
