Provides operational direction and oversight to the Legal Operations division which includes Appeals, Workers Compensation/Liens, and Contract Administration. Provides leadership to ensure divisional goals are strategically planned and developed, thoughtfully implemented, and successfully achieved in accordance with departmental and fund goals and objectives. Oversee all activities related to Contract Administration including reviewing and approving all contracts, vendor agreements, and RFP’ as needed.
