Provide high-quality, timely, practical legal support to Human Resources, the Law Department, and business teams with respect to labor, employment, contract negotiations and drafting, ethics and legal compliance issues. Provide counsel on employment laws company-wide, including ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, NLRA, and ERISA, and issues such as immigration, labor unions, severance, releases, non-competition agreements, background checks, drug testing, etc. Support resolution of EEOC, NLRB, state, and local agency employment-related claims. Oversee employment related internal investigations, including conducting investigations, resolution of complaints, and reporting to senior management.
