To provide legal counsel and representation to company for operational matters, including litigation, environmental issues, water rights, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate compliance, and capital project support. Provide solutions-oriented legal and business advice and counsel on a pro-active basis to executives, senior managers and employees with respect to a wide variety of legal risks and opportunities including environmental matters, litigation, business development and acquisitions, corporate commercial matters, corporate governance, regulatory, real estate, contracts, and other operational matters. Assist in the maximization of quality, cost and efficiency of acquired outside legal services on operational matters.
