This person will act primarily as commercial counsel responsible for our global business relationships and will be instrumental in negotiating transactions with leading global enterprises. This position will report to company’s General Counsel and will require some international travel. Manages and negotiates software licensing, support and services contracts, including resale/distribution/other collaboration models. Drafts and negotiates inbound software licenses including open source, technology co-operations and OEMs.
