Company is seeking a mid-level to senior attorney with transactional intellectual property and commercial contracting experience. The attorney will be responsible for a managing all of the company’s intellectual property legal needs, as well as assisting with the drafting and negotiation of general commercial contracts. Preparing and negotiating routine intellectual property agreements (including work-for-hire agreements, software development agreements, joint development agreements, research and data collection agreements, technology and trademark licensing agreements).
