Work with scientific personnel and/or outside patent counsel to develop invalidity and/or non-infringement opinions regarding competitor patents, both in the U.S. and abroad. Regularly monitor the issuance and/or publication of competitor patents and applications, both in the U.S. and abroad, and advise on the impact of such to the Company. Regularly monitor competitor patent infringement litigations and advise on the impact of such on the Company’s products.
