Counsel will assist the Legal Department with day-to-day corporate legal needs and investment adviser and mutual fund work (including International, Federal and State securities law analysis and compliance). This position will report to the Deputy General Counsel. Assist with review of adviser and/or fund marketing materials and presentations for compliance with applicable standards (e.g. FINRA, SEC). Assist with issues relating to adviser and funds business (i.e., ERISA, FSA, ASIC, BCSC, litigation issues, supervision of outside global counsel, employment and corporate restructuring).
