Ability to efficiently and effectively negotiate contracts. Ability to effectively work with Sales and management during the contracting process. Ability to interface with all levels of personnel and the Legal Department to ensure contract terms are consistent with company's business practices, policies and goals (financial, fiscal, strategic, etc.). The primary focus is client contracts and documents related to client contracts; however, additional responsibilities will include conducting periodic training on the services and agreements and the contract process in general for Sales.
