We seek a Counsel who will work in all areas of corporate legal responsibility, but whose main responsibility will include: 1) Negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing a wide variety of agreements including license agreements, confidentiality agreements, marketing agreements, and other general business contracts both domestically and internationally and 2) Providing regulatory review in a variety of areas affecting the corporation. Negotiates, writes, and executes agreements and contracts. Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafts, modifications, executions, amendments and renewals.
