We are seeking a talented Corporate Counsel to join our fast paced and growing team to build out our Capital Markets product expansion. This person will play an active role in helping our legal and capital markets teams create contracts and negotiations with new clients. Provides creative legal solutions for complex capital markets transactions. Provides advice to capital markets team regarding transaction related documents, including non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters and transaction agreements.
