In the role of Legal Counsel you will be responsible for negotiating international legal issues; drafting and reviewing domestic and international commercial contracts; and providing general legal advice to various company representatives while working under the International Counsel. Qualified candidates will have earned a bachelor’s degree in Law (from an accredited law school and admission to the bar); 2-5 years of applicable experience in a law firm or corporate legal department; strong organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills; demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with outside law firms and vendors. Occasional domestic and /or international travel will be required. We are seeking out a candidate who projects a positive and professional image, has a strong sense of urgency, and a true passion for the profession.
