Provide legal counsel and assistance to the General Counsel and other attorneys on a wide variety of matters involving company and its operating businesses, including litigation and other disputes, commercial and other agreements, HR/employment matters, IP and privacy issues, etc. Consult with and direct outside counsel as necessary on legal matters, such as intellectual property, employment, and privacy issues. Draft, review, and comment on commercial agreements to ensure adequate protection of the Company’s legal interests.
