Principle responsibilities are to identify, protect and advance the legal interests of the company; to ensure the company’s compliance with the laws and regulations that govern its operation as a publicly traded enterprise engaged in worldwide marketing of medical devices. The Commercial Attorney will be called upon to advise management and generate, review documents to facilitate business transactions and to enable and support the achievement of the company’s operational and growth objectives.
