The Legal Department is searching for an attorney to focus on trading agreement and derivatives documentation for its advisory clients. The position reports to a senior member of the Legal Department and will be located in company’s New York office. The candidate will initially have responsibility for, and the position requires the candidate to have relevant experience in, the following areas: Drafting, review and negotiation of trading agreements for advisory clients of the company, with a primary emphasis on private funds, institutional separate accounts, ERISA and government pension plans, endowments, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional clients.
