This position will direct the team responsible for the litigation and employment matters of all lines of business in the U.S. and Canada, as well as a number of cross-business initiatives. company’s litigation team collectively manages hundreds of pre-litigation and litigation matters; and also respond to the significant daily legal needs and queries of our fast-paced clients. This position ensures that management and executive level communication is maintained, both on a regular basis and regarding high-profile and sensitive matters. This position must be customer-service focused, responsive, and able to offer sound legal advice within the commercial overlay of each scenario.
