This position, which reports directly to company’s General Counsel, is an important role within the bank and involves working closely with the bank’s senior management team on a full range of regulatory matters. Provide guidance regarding legal and regulatory requirements, transactional matters, product development, application-related issues, and compliance matters involving the Company. Specific tasks include reviewing and revising bank-related policies during the annual review process and more frequently if needed drafting all manner of correspondence with regulatory authorities, including on sensitive and high profile matters drafting various other legal documents advising with respect to regulatory reporting researching and analyzing a range of legal and compliance matters overseeing large scale projects and maintaining substantive expertise regarding a range of bank regulatory requirements.
