The Senior Tax Attorney will be responsible for providing advice and counsel on domestic and international tax matters such as transactional tax planning (mergers and acquisitions), transfer pricing, tax return reporting, tax research and writing, and tax audit support. The Sr, Tax Attorney accomplishes these responsibilities through personal efforts, coordination with other staff (including both tax and non-tax personnel), and selective use of outside advisors.
