The function will involve management of the existing compliance program across all units, overseeing five (5) unit compliance officers with a focus towards ensuring that all employees are aware of, understand and comply with the compliance programs. The CDCO is responsible for ensuring that the Company's DBE Program complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended and all relevant federal regulations as they pertain to DBE-related programs. The Legal Counsel function will involve providing legal support to the various business units in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, providing construction administrative support to ongoing projects, supporting claim preparation and overseeing external counsel in connection with litigation and transactional matters, all at the direction of the General Counsel.
