We are seeking a junior Intellectual Property (IP) attorney to join the IP & Standards department in our Irvine office. The chosen candidate will provide support for all aspects of company's trademark program as well as aspects of the company’s patent program. Primary trademark responsibilities include assisting with the management of the company’s global trademark portfolio, working on brand selection with outside counsel and the company’s in-house IP and marketing teams, performing trademark searching and clearance, coordinating IP review of corporate publications and press releases, and assisting with trademark licensing transactions, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement and conflict issues.
