The US Patent Agent-Attorney will help develop the patent strategies for the company’s new products, including preparation of freedom-to-operate analyses and non-infringing and invalidity strategies, both for US and internationally for certain products. The US Patent Agent would also assist in relation to PIV litigation in the US in collaboration with the company’s outside counsels. The Patent Agent will in addition help identify new inventions, draft patent applications for these inventions and participate in the prosecution of these patent applications.
