We are seeking a Licensing & Transactions Counsel Attorney with a demonstrated record of success and career progression in a large, fast paced, high tech work environment. The attorney will report to a senior transactions attorney in our Sunnyvale office and be responsible for a broad range of technology transactions and operational issues, and for counseling management and employees on a wide variety of issues. Collaborating with business teams to facilitate the achievement of overall business objectives by understanding primary commercial and IP requirements and ensuring that transactional terms are consistent with such requirements as well as management priorities and company policies.
