Company is looking for a transactional attorney with 8 -12 years of solid general corporate/transactional experience to handle a wide range of legal matters in the U.S., Canada and Latin America that impact its multi-billion dollar business. This will include negotiation of software, licensing, vendor and customer contracts, and advising on product marketing claims and advertising on traditional and social media. In partnership with senior management, creates appropriate legal strategies to advance the company’s business goals in defined areas.
