You will work closely with the General Counsel to support the overall legal needs of the business. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the senior team, your peers, and employees at all levels of the Company with the goal of assisting the Company achieve its goals. Provide day-to-day support to client on legal matters related to general operations, customer relations, licensing and compliance issues. Draft, revise, review, negotiate, and administer agreements and contracts on behalf of the Company (including, but not limited to marketing, vendor, service, manufacturing, non-disclosure, and software license agreements).
