Company is seeking an attorney to provide legal support for legal and regulatory issues for the US Mortgage Loss Mitigation Group. The role will provide legal oversight and counsel for the following groups within Recoveries - Legal External Attorney Network, Asset Sales, Bankruptcy Operations, Post-Charge Off Collections, Estates and Credit Bureau Reporting. This position will be responsible for review and legal oversight over practices for compliance with all consumer regulatory laws, and internal Loss Mitigation policies and controls.
