Working with Test & Measurement Senior Counsel for Compliance to administer company’s compliance with Standards of Conduct, Anti-Corruption and Risk Assessment Programs, including tracking Regional and local compliance, and keeping program documents up-to-date and communicated. Includes establishing and maintaining a sustainable compliance program covering EHS, business practices, product certification and general legal compliance. Managing a team of contract administrators, preparing/maintaining standard form documentation, arranging and/or delivering training, maintaining library of signed agreements, supporting sales and leasing initiatives, promoting proper management of distribution channels, including preparing and reviewing distributors contracts. Drafting and negotiating software licensing agreements.
