This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced broker-dealer attorney to join a prestigious legal department and one of the largest diversified financial services organizations in the world. The position requires supporting the distribution and sales of investment services and products including mutual funds, unregistered funds and advisory services (such as separately managed and wrap accounts). The successful candidate will have legal expertise in the federal securities laws with a particular emphasis on the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA regulations, with secondary experience in the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940 as they relate to distribution matters.
