This position will also advise management when entering into commercial agreements and will manage outside counsel in litigation matters. -Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in corporate, real estate and/or commercial law, including reviewing and drafting complex commercial contracts and providing legal advice to business executives; the preferred candidate will have 3-5 years experience with a medium to large size law firm or working in a counsel position with a large multinational organization.
