The Labor and Employment Counsel will assist with management of all aspects of national and international labor and employment matters for Fortune 250 organization with approximately 100,000 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees in the U.S. and in excess of 26,000 employees worldwide. This attorney will report directly to the Vice President, Labor & Employment Counsel. Assist with providing counseling and legal direction on employment matters to business partners throughout the entire organization, including human resources, benefits, compensation, payroll, OSHA compliance, worker’s compensation, internal audit and international businesses. Manage and coordinate outside counsel in all employment related practice areas, including employment, labor, benefits/ERISA, executive compensation, equity and immigration issues.
