Responsibilities include, providing counsel and advice on employment and civil rights complaints, tort/personal injury matters, student conduct, grievances, policies and procedures, and claims. Provides legal advice on matters concerning the rights, obligations, and privileges of the university including representation in hearings and other judicial proceedings.
