This position will work closely with both the General Counsel and Deputy for Regulatory Compliance and will have exposure to a wide variety of management level employees throughout the Company, including Senior Management. Provide compliance oversight of business activities in the areas of mortgage servicing, including but not limited to correspondence, customer care, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy and default management. Advise the business and compliance departments on compliance procedures, review and updating of training materials, audit plans, and compliance reviews.
