Based in New York City, the Senior Corporate Counsel will interact with personnel across all facets of our global organization, negotiate a wide variety of transactions, act as an adviser to all of our business units and senior leadership, handle intellectual property and other legal matters, and be involved in the ongoing enhancement of legal operations and policies as our business continues to grow. Significant experience with technology transactions, commercial contracts and related legal issues is a must, along with strong negotiation skills, great business instincts and a passion for entrepreneurship and technology. 10+ years of transactional experience gained at a nationally recognized law firm combined with in-house corporate experience is strongly preferred.
