We are seeking a highly-motivated, versatile commercial attorney to become a critical member of a business-oriented legal department of an international, publicly traded, mission-driven company, acting as the principal commercial attorney for the EAB, a growing division of the company, and for the company’s other offerings to higher education institutions. The position will include a significant amount of cross-functional interaction between EAB and other functions within the company, including the company’s regulatory, sales, product development and delivery, information systems, and finance functions, and also will support the company’s other activities in the health care industry as needed. A successful Counsel must provide top-level legal advice, risk mitigation strategies, and project management acumen while also serving as a value-add partner to the company’s higher education businesses, aligned in achieving the division’s and company’s strategic goals.
