Senior Counsel, Director – is responsible for assisting the Company in all international and domestic franchise related matters, as well as other matters as designated by the General Counsel, including assisting the General Counsel in the direction and supervision of other members of the Company’s Legal Department. Perform or supervise the negotiating, drafting and reviewing of international and domestic franchise agreements proposed to be executed by the Company. Advise on domestic and international franchise laws.
