Advising business clients on legal and regulatory issues relating to permissible onshore activities by foreign asset managers, assisting with the development, structuring and maintenance of investment products and strategies across all asset classes targeting PRC clients and all other day-to-day activities of the onshore business. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and documentation to support company’s business operation in China, including constitutive fund documentation, investment management agreement, distribution agreement, third party vendor agreement and other agreements in connection with fund offering, investment and distribution. Liaising with Chinese regulatory authorities, internal and external advisors and other internal control groups on legal and regulatory related matters.
