This attorney is a member of the IT / Operations team that provides legal support to multiple business units for outsourcing transactions. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial and technology contracts, including: software licensing (including SAAS); data processing and storage; non-disclosure; transportation and money processing; marketing and referral arrangements; branding agreements; consulting and professional services; and general product and service procurement. Providing counsel on corporate governance issues, in particular, with regard to third party relationships, privacy and data security. Such governance includes adherence to requirements set forth in addressed in OCC Bulletin 2013-29, CFPB Bulletin 2013-03, and Federal Reserve Guidance on Managing Outsourcing Risk 12.5.13, among others.
