The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including: customer-facing non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, statements of work, amendments, supplier- and vendor-facing service agreements, license agreements, marketing agreements, purchase agreements and other similar contracts. The Corporate Counsel also will be responsible for other general corporate law functions and advice based on the company’s needs. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contacts with company’s customers, suppliers and vendors.
