The Counsel position is primarily responsible for the client contract, negotiating and processing client contracts, supporting internal departments, negotiating vendor agreements, and protecting the company’s intellectual property. Maintains and updates client contracts as needed. Negotiates contracts between the Company and its clients. Researches and analyzes applicable law sources.
