The attorney will provide strategic guidance, transaction support, and legal and regulatory advice. The successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cutting edge environment, be able to work collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization, and be able to guide senior leaders on complex matters.
