The Senior Counsel will be responsible for leading and directing all company agreements, corporate governance, compliance, litigation and risk management, intellectual property and external legal team efforts. Additionally, this person will be a key player in financings and corporate development. Responsible for all Company Agreements, including negotiate, draft, review and approve documentation for commercial and financial transactions, customer agreements, partner agreements, employment and consulting agreements, and other company agreements; provide communication and advice with respect to the company’s requirements and obligations under its agreements with investors, partners, employees and vendors; maintain and track company agreements; develop forms and samples for standard company agreements; manage access to company records.
